Health Awards 2021: The Basics
The Health Awards are a very special collaboration between UK Health Radio and Health Triangle Magazine. The awards are the largest of its kind in the world, with their global reach and their specific focus on health and well being.
As you just learned, the 36 different categories represented really does show there is something for everyone. In spite of many categories, the voting process is so easy, it will only take a few minutes.
More About the Awards
For 2021, the UK Health Awards are bigger and BETTER than ever. First, all nominees were recommended by a much larger group than ever before. This group included not only the UK Health Radio personalities, but editorial, production, and marketing professionals at the radio station. In addition, professionals from the Health Triangle Magazine were involved just as well.
The 36 categories is a testament to the breadth of experience brought to bear by the organizers. Each category saw nominations made by the professionals who know that space the best, from many fields and disciplines.

More About UK Health Radio
Johann Ilgenfritz founded UK Health Radio in 2012. This came after a cancer diagnosis that had a “maximum of 12 months to live” timeline. Refusing to accept the worst, he went about researching exactly what he could do.
He then found hope in a very special diet that prevented the cancer from surviving. It was an “oxygenated, alkaline cellular environment.” After a period of time, he started to feel more energetic, but still had a long road to travel.
As the perfect description of this NOT being a quick fix, his youngest child summed it up this way:
“It took my Daddy two and a half years to kill the cancer dead.”
Powerful.
UK Health Radio was Born
In a short time, UK Health Radio became real as the “feel good radio station.” It was the first radio station in the world dedicated exclusively to health and wellness.
After nearly a decade, dozens of radio personalities, over a million dedicated listeners in over 50 countries, you are starting to see why Dementia Map is honored and thrilled to be nominated!
Health Triangle Magazine was a natural evolution as the second medium for sharing health and wellness. It covers so many areas including nutrition, reducing stress, sleep, breathing correctly, spending time in nature, meditation, fasting, cultivating an attitude of gratitude, mindfulness, and so much more.
